I mean, yes, that would be ideal. But since they're only human (and also a company heavily dependent on venture capital and also on The Interwebz), I would obviously recommend you don't put any information anywhere near them that you wouldn't at least potentially not mind being public. So use an alias e-mail, maybe a pseudonym, the usual methods.
